Ingredients
  

  • 2 - 3 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup beef stock
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 5 tsp fresh ginger minced
  • green onions optional for serving
  • rice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Put the boneless beef chuck roast into a crockpot.
    2 - 3 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
  • In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, beef stock, brown sugar, and the minced garlic and ginger.
    ¾ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup beef stock, ½ cup brown sugar, 3 cloves garlic, 5 tsp fresh ginger
  • Add the sauce to the crockpot with the meat.
  • Cook the meat on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Shred the meat and serve on top of the rice, garnished with sliced green onions.
