Put the boneless beef chuck roast into a crockpot.
2 - 3 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, beef stock, brown sugar, and the minced garlic and ginger.
¾ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup beef stock, ½ cup brown sugar, 3 cloves garlic, 5 tsp fresh ginger
Add the sauce to the crockpot with the meat.
Cook the meat on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Shred the meat and serve on top of the rice, garnished with sliced green onions.
