Cajun BLT Wraps are a delicious twist on the classic sandwich. The cajun mayo is extremely easy to make and adds so much flavor to these wraps.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 5 oz arugula
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 4 spinach wraps
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ lime juiced

Instructions
 

  • Turn the oven on to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and put the bacon in (prior to the oven preheating).
    1 lb bacon
  • Cook the bacon for 12-17 minutes, depending on your desired doneness.
  • While the bacon is cooking, in a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, cajun seasoning and lime.
    ½ cup light mayonnaise, 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, ½ lime
  • Lay a tortilla flat and spread out the cajun mayonnaise.
    4 spinach wraps
  • Place the arugula, bacon and tomato in the wrap and roll it up.
    5 oz arugula, 1 tomato, 1 lb bacon
  • Cut in half and enjoy!
