Instructions
Turn the oven on to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and put the bacon in (prior to the oven preheating).
1 lb bacon
Cook the bacon for 12-17 minutes, depending on your desired doneness.
While the bacon is cooking, in a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, cajun seasoning and lime.
½ cup light mayonnaise,
1 tsp Cajun seasoning,
½ lime
Lay a tortilla flat and spread out the cajun mayonnaise.
4 spinach wraps
Place the arugula, bacon and tomato in the wrap and roll it up.
5 oz arugula,
1 tomato,
1 lb bacon
Cut in half and enjoy!
