These Cajun Chicken Sandwiches are easy to make and perfect for weeknights. They are tender, juicy and perfectly spicy! Sandwiched between two toasted buns, they are piled high with bacon, lettuce and tomato and finished with a delicious cajun sauce.

Cajun Chicken Sandwich 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning ½ tsp salt for serving: hamburger buns lettuce, tomato and bacon Cajun Sauce ½ cup plain Greek yogurt ½ tsp Cajun seasoning squeeze of a lime
Place the chicken breasts in a ziploc bag and pound them to an even thickness (about 1/2 inch thick).
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Dump the olive oil, cajun seasoning and salt into the ziploc bag with the chicken and shake to combine.
2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning, ½ tsp salt
In a pan, over medium heat, cook the chicken breasts (on both sides) until they are no longer pink in the middle.
While the chicken is cooking, combine all the ingredients for the Cajun Sauce.
½ cup plain Greek yogurt, ½ tsp Cajun seasoning, squeeze of a lime
When the chicken is cooked, assemble the sandwiches with your favorite toppings - don’t forget to use the Cajun Sauce!
