Crockpot Mongolian Beef
When the beef is done cooking, shred it and leave it in the juice.
Make the rice according to the package directions.
2 cups brown rice
While the rice is cooking, thinly slice the onions and combine them in a mason jar with the apple cider vinegar and sugar.
½ red onion, ½ cup apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp white sugar
Shake the mason jar and let sit for at least 5 minutes.
Empty the broccoli slaw into a large bowl and add the Carrot Ginger Miso dressing. Stir well to combine.
