Ingredients

  • ½ cup parsley finely chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
½ cup parsley, ¼ cup cilantro, 3 cloves garlic, ½ cup olive oil, 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar, ½ tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp salt
  • If time allows, refrigerate prior to using (this allows the flavors to combine).

Notes

Traditional Chimichurri is finely chopped. If you prefer to save some time, you can skip chopping the ingredients and, instead, blend it all together.
