Easy Egg Roll in a Bowl is a one-pan dish that can be made in 15 minutes. This quick and easy dinner has all the flavors of an egg roll, without the wrapper!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 3 garlic gloves minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 14 oz bag coleslaw
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • wonton strips for serving

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground pork over medium heat until no longer pink.
    1 lb ground pork
  • Once the pork is fully cooked, remove the excess grease. Add the garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar to the pork. Stir to combine and cook until the garlic is fragrant.
    3 garlic gloves, ¼ cup soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 Tbsp rice vinegar, salt and pepper
  • Add the coleslaw to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  • When ready to serve, add wonton strips and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute ground beef, turkey or chicken if you would like.
