4 sausages 1 red bell pepper sliced 1 green bell pepper sliced 6 cloves garlic sliced ½ white onion sliced 28 oz can Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes 1 tsp dried basil salt and pepper to taste bread for serving

Warm a pan over medium high heat and brown the sausages on all sides.

While the sausages are browning, slice the red and green peppers, garlic and white onion.
1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 6 cloves garlic, ½ white onion
After the sausages are browned, add the sliced peppers, garlic and onions to the pan.
Turn the heat to medium and add the crushed tomatoes and basil to the pan.
28 oz can Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes, 1 tsp dried basil, salt and pepper
Simmer until the sausages are cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
Serve with some good, crusty bread to scoop up the sauce!
