In a saucepan over medium heat, add the sesame oil, garlic and ginger.

Sauté until the garlic is golden brown and stir in the red curry paste.

Add the ground chicken and cook until no longer pink.

When the chicken is done cooking, add the coconut milk and red bell pepper and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, discarding the seasoning packet and draining the noodles.

When ready to serve, divide the ramen noodles evenly and top with the red curry coconut mixture.
Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
