Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Break the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces (use a knife if needed).
1 head cauliflower
Put the cauliflower on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.
1 Tbsp olive oil
Sprinkle with salt and mix to combine.

Roast for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
After it has roasted for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
