  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Break the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces (use a knife if needed).
    1 head cauliflower
  • Put the cauliflower on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.
    1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Sprinkle with salt and mix to combine.

  • Roast for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • After it has roasted for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Roast until the cheese has melted, about 2 minutes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
