Pasta 16 oz cavatappi noodles 1 large cucumber diced 1 large tomato diced ¼ cup red onion diced 2¼ oz can black olives drained ½ cup crumbled feta cheese Vinaigrette ¼ cup olive oil 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 clove garlic minced 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp salt

Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Rinse with cold water.
16 oz cavatappi noodles
Combine all of the ingredients for the vinaigrette. Shake (or whisk) well to mix.
¼ cup olive oil, 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 clove garlic, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp salt
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the pasta. Add the vinaigrette and toss.
