Ingredients
  

  • 4 over-ripe bananas
  • ? cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • ? cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the bananas, Greek yogurt, egg and vanilla. Mix until combined.
    4 over-ripe bananas, ¼ cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla
  • Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.
    2 cups flour, ? cup white sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, ½ teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.

  • Evenly divide the batter between 12 muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until slightly golden.
