Ingredients
  

Pasta Salad

  • ½ lb gemelli pasta noodles
  • ½ cup celery chopped
  • ¾ cup shredded chicken
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • ½ cup dried cherries

Dressing

  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ Tbsp poppy seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine all of the pasta salad ingredients.
    ½ lb gemelli pasta noodles, ½ cup celery, ¾ cup shredded chicken, ½ cup walnuts, ½ cup dried cherries
  • In a separate smaller bowl, mix together all of the dressing ingredients.
    ½ cup light mayonnaise, ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp onion salt, ½ tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp ground mustard, 3 Tbsp sugar, ½ tsp salt, ½ Tbsp poppy seeds
  • When ready to serve, pour the dressing on the pasta salad and mix well.

Notes

If you want to prep this salad ahead of time, keep the dressing separate until ready to serve.
