The easiest way to make shredded chicken! Throw all the ingredients together and let your Instant Pot do all the work. This Instant Pot Shredded Chicken is the perfect way to add protein to any meal.
Place the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot and sprinkle with Lawry’s, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper.
4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 Tbsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, ½ Tbsp garlic powder, ½ Tbsp onion powder, ½ tsp black pepper
Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.

Lock the lid in place and turn the steam release valve to “Sealing” position.
For RAW chicken: select “Pressure Cook” and set to “High” for 13 minutes.
For FROZEN chicken: select “Pressure Cook” and set to “High” for 16 minutes.
Once the chicken has cooked for the correct amount of time (listed above), let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, manually release any remaining pressure.
Shred the chicken in the Instant Pot and use with your favorite recipe!
