1 lb shrimp shelled and deveined 2 Tbsp butter 2 Tbsp olive oil ¼ white onion diced 5 cloves garlic diced ½ cup white cooking wine 1 whole lemon 1 Tbsp parsley chopped a few dashes of Cholula salt and pepper to taste 8 oz angel hair pasta shredded parmesan cheese for serving

Cook noodles according to package directions.
8 oz angel hair pasta
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
2 Tbsp butter, 2 Tbsp olive oil
Sauté the onion and garlic until the onion is translucent.
¼ white onion, 5 cloves garlic
Add the shrimp to the onion and garlic and cook until it turns pink.
1 lb shrimp
Reduce heat to medium low and add the white cooking wine and the lemon juice.
½ cup white cooking wine, 1 whole lemon
Simmer (to cook off the alcohol and develop the flavors) for 3-4 minutes.
Add a couple of dashes of Cholula and the parsley to the pan and serve the shrimp scampi over the noodles.
1 Tbsp parsley, a few dashes of Cholula, salt and pepper
Top with the shredded parmesan cheese and enjoy!
