  • Melt the butter in the Dutch Oven over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion and mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes.
    2 tbsp butter, 3 garlic, ¼ onion, 8 oz mushrooms
  • Add all of the Cajun Seasoning spices to the vegetable mixture.
    2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, ½ tsp thyme, salt & pepper
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer (you may need to slightly increase the heat).
    3 cups chicken broth
  • Add the linguine and turkey. Simmer until the noodles are al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
    16 oz linguine, 2 cups shredded turkey
  • Add in the sun dried tomatoes and stir in the sour cream. Serve warm and enjoy!
