Ingredients
  

Broccoli Salad

  • 12 oz bag broccoli florets about 4 cups, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup cooked bacon about 4 strips, crumbled
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup red onion diced

Dressing

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup light mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp white sugar
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine the broccoli, bacon, cranberries, walnuts, and red onion in a large bowl.
    12 oz bag broccoli florets, ½ cup cooked bacon, ½ cup dried cranberries, ½ cup chopped walnuts, ¼ cup red onion
  • In a separate bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the dressing.
    ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, ¾ cup light mayonnaise, 3 Tbsp white vinegar, 2 Tbsp white sugar, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp salt
  • When ready to eat, pour the dressing over the broccoli salad and mix to combine.

Notes

If you want this salad to last longer, keep the dressing separate.
