Broccoli Salad

bag broccoli florets
about 4 cups, cut into bite-sized pieces

cup
cooked bacon
about 4 strips, crumbled
½
cup
dried cranberries
½
cup
chopped walnuts
¼
cup
red onion
diced
Dressing
½
cup
plain Greek yogurt
¾
cup
light mayonnaise

Tbsp
white vinegar

white sugar

tsp
garlic powder
¼
tsp
salt
Instructions
Combine the broccoli, bacon, cranberries, walnuts, and red onion in a large bowl.
12 oz bag broccoli florets,
½ cup cooked bacon,
½ cup dried cranberries,
½ cup chopped walnuts,
¼ cup red onion
In a separate bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the dressing.
½ cup plain Greek yogurt,
¾ cup light mayonnaise,
3 Tbsp white vinegar,
2 Tbsp white sugar,
¼ tsp garlic powder,
¼ tsp salt
When ready to eat, pour the dressing over the broccoli salad and mix to combine.
Notes
If you want this salad to last longer, keep the dressing separate.
