With these Turkey Burger Bowl Salads, you can skip the bun and use lettuce as your base. They are loaded with seasoned ground turkey, waffle fries bright & juicy tomatoes, pickles, avocado, fried onions and deliciously dairy free seasoned sour cream.
Mix together the ingredients for the dairy-free seasoned sour cream in a small bowl.
6 oz Forager Project Sour Cream, ½ lemon, ½ Tbsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
Once the turkey is fully cooked, assemble the burger bowls. Layer the bowls with lettuce on the bottom. Then, add any (and all!) of your favorite toppings.
4 oz lettuce, 12 oz waffle fries, 1 pint cherry tomatoes, 1 avocado, 2 oz French’s Fried Onions, 4 oz Grillo’s Pickle Chips
