Baked White Chocolate Raspberry Donuts
Cake donuts are baked to perfection and are swirled with raspberries and drizzled with white chocolate. Pretty soon, you are going to start every morning with a cup of coffee and a Baked White Chocolate Raspberry Donut!
We have already had 2 snowstorms. In October. Not quite sure what that means for us in terms of how long winter is going to last, so I guess we need to start battening down the hatches!
Matt and I have been talking about what we can do to make winter more fun this year. And what did we settle on? An inflatable hot tub. Yes, you read that right. I found a hot tub that can be inflated. And, it’s utterly amazing.
It was like Christmas morning for the boys when they stepped into the hot tub. We were able to put it on our deck, so we can literally take 2 steps out of our dining room and be in the hot tub – talk about convenient!

I love donuts. I will never turn down an opportunity to eat a donut (and I may steal a bite or two of Jack or Will’s donut). When you like donuts as much as I do, sometimes you want your donut to be a little healthier (but still taste good)!

What Makes these Donuts Healthier?
These donuts are baked instead of fried. But, don’t worry, they still taste delicious! You still get to enjoy a delicious donut but with a few less calories. Although, lets be honest, you definitely need to go for the fried chocolate glazed donut every once in awhile too.
