Italian Panini with an Easy Homemade Aioli

Italian Panini 1 loaf ciabatta bread 6 slices deli ham 4 slices genoa salami 4 slices deli pepperoni 4 slices tomato 2 pepperoncini peppers sliced ¼ tbsp olive oil
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients to make the Homemade Aioli. Set aside and refrigerate (several days ahead of time if needed).
½ cup mayonnaise, ½ tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp dried oregano, ¼ tsp dried basil, ¼ tsp dried thyme, ½ tsp salt
Cut the bread in half and slice it lengthwise.

Brush the remaining olive oil on the outside of the bread.

Spread the Homemade Aioli on the inside of the bread and add the remaining ingredients.

Place Panini on Panini Grill and cook until all sides are brown and crispy.
