Homemade Aioli

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients to make the Homemade Aioli. Set aside and refrigerate (several days ahead of time if needed).
    ½ cup mayonnaise, ½ tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp dried oregano, ¼ tsp dried basil, ¼ tsp dried thyme, ½ tsp salt
  • Cut the bread in half and slice it lengthwise.
    1 loaf ciabatta bread
  • Brush the remaining olive oil on the outside of the bread.
    ¼ tbsp olive oil
  • Spread the Homemade Aioli on the inside of the bread and add the remaining ingredients.
    6 slices deli ham, 4 slices genoa salami, 4 slices deli pepperoni, 4 slices tomato, 2 pepperoncini peppers
  • Place Panini on Panini Grill and cook until all sides are brown and crispy.
