Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups carrots, sliced around 10 medium carrots
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the carrots.
    1 Tbsp butter, 3 cups carrots, sliced
  • Cook the carrots until you are able to pierce them with a fork.
  • Add the brown sugar and salt to the carrots and stir to combine.
    1 Tbsp brown sugar, ¼ tsp salt
  • Turn the heat up to medium high and cook the carrots for 1 additional minute.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
