Cheeseburger Macaroni Hamburger Helper Fritters

  • Prepare the Cheeseburger Macaroni Hamburger Helper according to package directions.
  • Let the Hamburger Helper chill until it is completely cold.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
  • Crack the egg into the cooked Hamburger Helper mixture and stir to combine.
  • Using your hands, form bite-sized balls of the Hamburger Helper mixture.
  • Roll each ball in the bread crumb mixture.
  • Repeat this process until all of the Hamburger Helper has been used.
