Easy Individual Fruit Pizzas

These Easy Fruit Pizzas are delicious, easy to make and fun for everyone! They come together very quickly with store bought sugar cookie dough and are topped with homemade cream cheese frosting and sliced fruit. A delicious and fun treat everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz package Pillsbury Ready to Bake Sugar Cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • for serving: strawberries blueberries, blackberries and raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Bake the cookies according to the package directions.
    16 oz package Pillsbury Ready to Bake Sugar Cookies
  • In a small bowl, mix all of the remaining ingredients together. Beat well to combine.
    8 oz cream cheese, ¼ cup unsalted butter, ¼ cup white sugar, 1 tsp vanilla
  • Once the cookies are done baking, allow them to fully cool.
  • When ready to eat, frost each cookie and top with your favorite berries. Enjoy!!
    for serving: strawberries

Notes

The frosting goes on best when the cookies are cold, so I recommend putting the cookies in the fridge before frosting them.
