Ingredients
  

  • 2 - 15 oz cans Del Monte diced mangos drained
  • 1 - 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn thawed
  • ½ cup red bell pepper diced
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • juice of 1 lime
  • packet of Good Seasons Italian dressing
  • chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse the black beans.
    1 - 15 oz can black beans
  • Drain the mangos.
    2 - 15 oz cans Del Monte diced mangos
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir to combine.
    1 cup frozen corn, ½ cup red bell pepper, ¼ cup red onion, ½ cup cilantro, juice of 1 lime, packet of Good Seasons Italian dressing
  • If possible, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
  • Enjoy with chips!
