Instructions
Drain and rinse the black beans.
1 - 15 oz can black beans
Drain the mangos.
2 - 15 oz cans Del Monte diced mangos
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir to combine.
1 cup frozen corn,
½ cup red bell pepper,
¼ cup red onion,
½ cup cilantro,
juice of 1 lime,
packet of Good Seasons Italian dressing
If possible, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
Enjoy with chips!
