Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan Cheese Ingredients
The ingredients for this recipe are very simple – you only need 4 things!
- cauliflower
- olive oil
- shredded parmesan cheese
- salt
How to Make Easy Roasted Cauliflower
- Cut off the stem of the cauliflower and break the cauliflower florets into pieces. I prefer smaller pieces so that the cauliflower cooks faster.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread the cauliflower into an even layer.
- Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for another 2 minutes until all of the cheese has melted.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- flake sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Break the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces (use a knife if needed).1 head cauliflower
- Put the cauliflower on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.1 Tbsp olive oil
- Sprinkle with salt and mix to combine.flake sea salt
- Roast for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
- After it has roasted for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Roast until the cheese has melted, about 2 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
