  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • Preheat the oven to 400F.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and the buffalo sauce and mix to combine.
    2 tbsp butter, ½ cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • After the chicken is heated all the way through, remove it from the heat and stir in the greek yogurt.
    ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • On a baking sheet, add a layer of Doritos and top with the buffalo chicken and the shredded cheese.
    1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, 8 oz shredded colby jack cheese
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
  • Top with shredded lettuce and tomatoes and serve warm.
    1 cup shredded lettuce, ½ cup sliced cherry tomatoes
