If you are unfamiliar with sheet pan dinners, let me explain it to you! A sheet pan dinner is something that is cooked completely on a sheet pan in the oven. Whenever I make a sheet pan dinner, I typically choose meats and vegetables that roast well.
What makes this the best?
This Sheet Pan Dinner gives you a little bit of everything – protein, starch and veggies. Plus, it is all drizzled with maple syrup that perfectly caramelizes in the oven. This Sheet Pan Dinner is so delicious and so easy!

Maple syrup and sweet potatoes are such a great fall flavor combination. While they arenโt the quintessential fall flavors of apples and pumpkins, they are a close second!

The Best Fall Sheet Pan Dinner
Ingredients
- 13 oz Turkey Sausage sliced
- 2 sweet potatoes peeled and diced
- 12 oz green beans
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix the sweet potatoes, olive oil and salt & pepper in a bowl.2 sweet potatoes, 1 Tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper
- On a sheet pan, place the sausages, sweet potatoes and green beans in a single layer. *13 oz Turkey Sausage, 2 sweet potatoes, 12 oz green beans
- Bake for 10 minutes and flip halfway through.
- Drizzle the maple syrup all over the sausages, sweet potatoes and green beans. Mix to combine.3 Tbsp maple syrup
- Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
