how to make these ramen Noodles with Ground Chicken
When you hear the word “easy” in a recipe, what do you think? For me, it means a simple ingredient list and it is ready in under 20 minutes – start to finish.

Well, lucky for all of us, this recipe hits on both those categories! Here’s how you make it.
- Finely chop the parsley and the cilantro. You can blend the ingredients if you would like, but if you prefer the traditional way, stick to a cutting board and a knife.
- Mince the garlic.
- In a bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro and garlic.
- Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes and salt.
- If you prefer things spicier, you can add more red pepper flakes.

Red curry ramen noodles: faq’s
Should I use full fat coconut milk?
It depends on your desired level of creaminess. If you want the sauce to be extra creamy, use full fat coconut milk. Just make sure it us unsweetened!
I don’t like cilantro. What can I use instead?
Not a problem – skip it entirely or use parsley in its place.
How should I store the leftovers?
If possible, keep the noodles separate from the red curry sauce. This keeps the noodles fresh, since they won’t absorb the sauce.

Tips for involving your kids
- Let them blend the chimichurri for you – what kid doesn’t like pushing buttons?
- Have them assist you with cutting up the cauliflower. These knives work great for little kids and these knives work even better for older kids.
